Jacobian Function: I allowed the interpolation function to extrapolate to account for numbers outside of the limits.

Estimate Prob:
- Added a missing import
- Made the default number of samples for the jacobian 1 and changed the iteration range to default to 1. 
- Set all NANs to zero for all things that were calculated (probs in both domains, jacobians and determinants)

Added an additional users code. Modeified my code to reflect their's Still need to fix the apply function.

Still need to fix the python version. Problem with infs.
Started a matlab imperative version. Working on the official version.
