Made some small changes to ensure the script works.

Jacobian Function: I allowed the interpolation function to extrapolate to account for numbers outside of the limits.

Estimate Prob:
- Added a missing import
- Made the default number of samples for the jacobian 1 and changed the iteration range to default to 1. 
- Set all NANs to zero for all things that were calculated (probs in both domains, jacobians and determinants)
